Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the provide proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at [email protected]. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We offer a standard 6-month warranty on defective items, unless otherwise stated in the product description. If the repair/replacement takes longer than 21 days, we will get in touch with you to see if you would rather receive a credit / refund.

The following will NOT be regarded as defects and will not entitle you to a return:

  • faults resulting from normal wear and tear.
  • damage arising from negligence, user abuse or incorrect usage of the product.
  • damage arising from electrical surges or sea air corrosion.
  • damage arising from a failure to adequately care for the product.
  • damage arising from unauthorised alterations to the product.
  • where the specifications of a product, although accurately described on the Website and generally fit for its intended purpose, do not suit you.

 

Exceptions/non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalised items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and reflect the refund.

 

Exchanges

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the exchange was approved or not. If approved, we will send you an invoice to pay any outstanding amounts. Once payment has been processed, we will dispatch the replacement products. Amounts due to you will be credited to your account for future purchases.

When processing a refund, exchange or return, please note that a 10% handling fee will be charged. The initial shipping cost and the return shipping cost will also be deducted from the refunded. This does not apply to returns as a result of faulty products.
