Skorpio Compact Nesting Router
The Skorpio is a steel-framed router built for production nesting and custom automation. Its rigid frame keeps vibration down, which means longer tool life and cleaner cut surfaces.
It cuts wood, aluminium, composites and non-ferrous metals at up to 15 metres a minute. In standard form it plugs into a 220V socket, with no three-phase supply needed, and it will run through load-shedding on a 5kW generator. For heavier production, upgrade to a 4.5kW or 6kW automatic tool change spindle, a 6kW manual spindle, or a vacuum table. These options run on 380V three-phase.
Both sizes come standard with a 3.5kW spindle, geared servo motors and an aluminium T-slot top. A vertical T-slot panel on the front lets you machine the ends and edges of your material for joints such as mortice and tenon. Add the optional A-axis and the Skorpio turns cylindrical parts such as balusters, table legs and spindles.
Controlled by MASSO, the same controller used on our larger machines.

Signmaker Large-Format Router for ACM (1850 x 3500)
Built for sign shops that fold ACM, the Signmaker V-grooves, routes and cuts aluminium composite panel on a 3500 × 1850 mm table. That takes standard 3050 × 1500 sheets with room to spare. Groove, cut and fold trays, fascia boxes and 3D letters in one setup.
Consistent fold quality, every sheet. The rigid steel frame and steel gantry keep the groove depth consistent along the full length of the sheet. That’s the difference between a clean fold and a cracked skin. The precision table holds the ACM flat under vacuum, and groove depth is set from the table surface, so the material left above the back skin stays constant across the full 3500 mm.
It also cuts wood, composites and non-ferrous metals at up to 20 metres a minute. Drives are 1 kW geared closed-loop servo motors on a helical rack and pinion, which hold position under load without losing steps.
The Signmaker comes standard with a 3.5 kW spindle, a Tufnol vacuum table with a 7.5 kW variable frequency side channel blower, and a tangential oscillating knife for cutting flexible materials. Upgrade to a 6 kW manual spindle, or a 4.5 kW or 7.5 kW automatic tool changer that switches between V-groove and cutting bits on its own. Like the Skorpio, it can be fitted with an A-axis for cylindrical parts.
