Excalibur Nesting Router
This CNC unit is what we call our “Queen”, our best-seller. This vacuum-bed machine comes with or without a 4th axis (rotary). The 4th axis has a maximum torque of 700 Nm and drives a 160mm chuck with a throat of 40mm. This can be used for cutting anything from spirals to gun-stocks etc. We embedded aluminum T-slots as a bonus!

Our flagship nesting router comes with a huge range of options. This machine is a Rack and Pinion driven router, that has a Tufnol vacuum table WITH T-Slots. This allows you to fasten down almost anything to the bed. This machine features a precision Rotary 4th Axis (‘lathe’). That has a maximum torque of 700 Nm and drives a 160mm chuck with a throat of 40mm.
